Introduction
The understanding and leading changes is a
process in which company prepares their
employees in advance towards the problems
and takes required initiatives related to
change in the organization The tools and
framework will be initiated and company can
successfully implement those changes

To implement the changes in the organization effectively Midsummer Restaurant Leader use the
different leadership style in different situation. As the situation change the leadership style need
to be changes by the restaurant so that strategies can be implemented effectively.
Various leadership approaches

Here are the leadership style which deals with different changes to implemented.
 Strategic Leadership Style:- This type of leader are not limited to top management.
They are from at any level in the organization
 Team Leadership style:- This leadership style focuses on their vivid picture that
where they are and where they are heading. This style will fail when cooperation is not
there in the organization.

organizational decisions are purely centralized towards
the top management.
Democratic Leadership Style:- In this leadership style
the subordinates are free to take decision in the
organization The leaders have only final responsibility
but the delegate authority is upon the subordinates.

tries to transform the values and beliefs of their
