the nation and also the unethical practices that is being followed within the organisation. The
management of the organisation is required to focus upon implementing strategic changes
within the organisation to ensure its managerial efficiency and to develop an effective work
culture within the organisation.
Factors involved in Change Process
The ADKAR model for change management effectively analyses the organisational ability
and helps to identify the factors that can influence the organisational performance within the
industry.
The human factor is involved within the change process therefore the organisation is
required to effectively focus upon the employee attitude towards the change within
the organisation and influence them to be the part of effective change management.
The organisational cultural factors are also an important aspect within the change
process as it influences the way the activities are being conducted within the
organisation.
The effectiveness and managerial abilities are also a factor that is required to be
considered, as the managerial ability impacts the sustainability of the change within
the organisation.
The interest of the stakeholders is also required to be considered as the key factor
within the change process as meeting their needs is required to ensure the growth of

Behavioural responses of employees
The employees within the organisation can react differently when the change is implemented

organisational culture and practices and any change will require them to change their attitude

Being a Change Participant: As the HR has the task of managing the human resource
of the organisation, therefore, HR is required to develop certain policies and strategies
that can support change within the organisation.
Maintaining effective communication within the organisation: HR can contribute
towards effective change management by ensuring that the policies and changes
within the organisation are effectively communicated to the employees.
