CHANGE MANAGEMENT
As mentioned earlier the organization will gain huge resistance to the development of the
new plan. The plan will face huge resistance from the different unions, employees and the
drivers in particular. The installation of the GPS system, PDA system and the reduction in the
number of drivers will send a wrong message to the employees which have to be managed
wisely to avoid any future conflicts. The expert change management consultant must cite
different types of countermeasures to effectively tackle such problems and ensure the success
of the change in the organization. This includes;
1. Improvement in the employee engagement- The management of Fast Track couriers
must listen to the employees, especially the drivers and provide the recommendations
after listening everything. The management must make them understand with patience
about the advantages of the new system and their unintention to sack the employees
from the organization.
2. Improvement in the communication strategy- The CEO of the company must arrange
a get together or a small metting and announce the change to be taken place by
himself. He must make sure to address the queries of all the different persons and
employees and assure them about the safety of their jobs.
3. Bad culture shift planning- The organization must make the employees get the idea
that the business enterprise is not after the cultural shift of the employees or are not
trying to sack the employees. The change will be for the benefit of both ehe
employees and the organization.
4. Unknown Current State- The only possible way to fully analyze and understand the
current blueprint of the organization is to understand before attempting any change. A
better understanding is necessary for the business to succeed in the long run and
ensure the smooth pass of the change planning.

Deliver session to employees (your assessor/other people enlisted by the assessor to
perform in the role of employees). Ensure you take a consultative approach to the
session and invite participation, questions, input, etc. and ensure you incorporate a
creative technique, activity or tactic in the session.
Answer 7
The training session of the employees will involve a much better participation from
the employees and a better organization from the management. A consultative approach
session to gain the knowledge about the choice and inputs of the employees will be obtained
to provide a valuable output plan for the success of the change management. The CEO and
the other board members can call a meeting every now and then for the first 1 month before
the implementation of the change and then reduce it to once in a week after the
implementation of the plan to gain the valuable insights of the employees regarding the
change. Gaining such valuable insights will help the organization to make necessary changes
and manage the change process effectively and efficiently.
