INTRODUCTION
In the business environment many times upper management of a company has required for using its change management
skill to successfully implement the change. This poster discusses impact of change management system on skills of
leadership and management.

MAIN BODY
Change management is generally a skill which managers and leaders and of Marriott hotel need for using in their daily
activities. By using this skill, they can simply implement any change within the work environment. There are Lewin’s
model of change management has been used below to systematically understand this system of change management (Joint
Commission, 2017).
Lewin’s model of change management
This model was introduced by Kurt Lewin in the year 1940. This model of change management mainly involves three
stages that managers and leaders of Marriott hotel needs to be considered during implementing the any change. These
three model stages has been explained below;
Unfreeze: In Lewin’s model, this is the first stage where leader and manager of hotel need to analysis top talent within
their workplace for systematically managing talent in the work environment.
Change: In this change stage, top-level management of Marriott hotel need to use different strategies and theories of
talent management to increase talent in the hotel. There are leader and manager both need for effectively using their
different skills to implement this change in too productive manner.
Refreeze: Refreeze is the final stage where upper management of Marriott should refreeze change to come back in the
regular situation of organisation. At the end, through using different skills with skill of talent management, manager and
leader can be systematically implemented the change (Jeon and et.al., 2017).
