INTRODUCTION
Change management in Health and social care industry through process can adopt new
ideas and techniques to develop their industry and business. Change management is the
systematic process in which apply new different ideas to develop their business and products in
the market. Health and social care for there are many industries and government institutes those

social care institutes provide health facilities to public at the cheap cost and without taking any
extra charges and taxes(Hayes2014). Its started by the government of the country and control and
regulated by them. Change management through adopt new services and treatments facilities
those are helpful for the patients. They are easy to trust and take proper treatment through these
types of institutes. At this time all persons are educated and they has knowledge about all field so
its hard to satisfied them regarding their work and services.

the new techniques and methods. Its help to develop their business in the effective ways. Its help
