Change management is a proper way of dealing with transformation in
company's operational system, goals and technologies. The main
reason behind change management is to apply all those strategies
which can be helpful for effecting change, controlling the reasons of
changes and helping employees in accepting changes.

3. Freeze: At last, at this stage everything gets settled and employees work in new working environment.
