The change management strategy which was planned and executed found out to be a
burden for the employees as they were unable to achieve employee trusts, support. These
aspects are very crucial and need to be fixed in order to make the strategy successful.
Particular the truck drivers did not like the change strategy which is very crucial as their
satisfaction and engagement cannot be compromised by any mean. In order to gain the
employees trusts it is suggested to revise the change strategy. Before revising the strategy it is
highly recommended to communicate and interact with the employees in order to understand
eh flaws and problems they are facing by the change strategy. Survey could be the best
approach to gain insights about the employee’s satisfaction. Employees are surveyed with
the ten different dimensions as teamwork, diversity, recognition, procedures, communication,
leadership, evaluation, trust, role clarity and training. FTC has the following goals for the
Change Management strategy as Implement one person per truck policy using automatic lift
gates in the first quarter of the financial year and Implement PDA/GPS usage (productivity
function) on truck fleet in the first quarter of the 2016 financial year.
