Project
AI Summary
This project details a two-day professional workshop designed to help employees in a clinical institution understand their character strengths across six core virtues: civic, humanity, temperance, transcendence, cognitive, and emotional. The workshop incorporates ice-breaker activities, introductions, and a character-building YouTube video to establish a comfortable environment. Participants engage in team activities, including a jelly bean exercise to identify and illustrate their character strengths, and complete a questionnaire to measure these strengths. Role-playing and simulation activities, involving scenarios like a bus terminal interaction, allow participants to mimic different character strengths and analyze their reactions. A brainstorming session follows, encouraging participants to reflect on the simulation, identify their strengths, and consider how to apply them in various social interactions. The workshop aims to promote self-evaluation, positive change, and an understanding of how character strengths impact others, especially in a medical setting where emotional care is crucial. The interactive activities and practical application are designed to make the learning experience engaging and impactful.
