Few of the characteristics which I think is very essential while writing a good literature are
discussed below;
 A good writing should be always focus on the learning outcomes. It should be clear and
focused. The piece of writing should make sense to the readers. The readers should not
have to figure out what is going on in the part or re read the passage to understand it. A
focused writing will definitely stick to a certain core idea (Bahrani 2018, December).
 A well and good piece of writing should be well organized. The reader should be able to
understand what the main outcome of the portion is. The writer should be able to link the
parts with each other (Wise 2015).
 Ideas and themes – The topic and themes which are chosen in the paper should be related
with each other. The paper should be well crafted with the content that should be
identifiable with ideas and themes.
 Grammar and style – Most of the writers makes various types of spelling and
grammatical mistakes. This is very important to maintain the piece of grammar is clear
and consistent.
 Characters – The characters which are discussed in the piece of the work should have a
good depth. It will help the readers to derive an idea of thought which is represented by
the writer of the book.
 Credibility and Believability – According to the authors Saddler, Graham & Harris
(2017) nobody says that the writer is bad or he has very badly written. People fail to
misinterpret things quickly. Therefore in the fiction stories the writer ahs to make the
make story such interesting that it is easily believed by the reader.
An exemplary paragraph why I consider it to be good is given below

“This life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a
universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls
will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The
ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of
them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they'll
come and go too. And baby, I hate to say it, most of them - actually pretty much all of them
are going to break your heart, but you can't give up because if you give up, you'll never find
your soul mate. You'll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything.
Just because you fail once, doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold
on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don't, then who will,
sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling,
because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about.”
The piece of writing is considered good as because it is written in a very simple language
where the writer has explained the basic necessity of friendship now a day. The paragraph is
considered to be very well written as because it delivers a clear thought why friendship is
very important in a person’s life (Sadiku 2015). The writer says that many people will come
and go but the ones who will be staying with the person throughout are true friends. The
writer also says that the family members are the bets friends in life. Characteristics such as
sisters, brothers, and parents are shown in the piece of writing.
