Introduction
Charity is one of the system of giving the money food or help free to those who are in need. It is
one of the effective ways of helping other. The event will be organized for the health charity. It
cover everything from the supporting to the treating the sick as well as disable, who are working
on cure for the disease as well as also promoting the public awareness of health risk (Francis et.
al., 2014).
Purpose of the event
In the modern era most of the people are suffering from diseases. They spent their huge amount
of earnings in hospitals that make unbalance life of the individual. Therefore, one of the health
events will be organize for the charity purpose. Whole amount that will be collected through the
event, such amount will be donated in the hospitals. It help the people to receive free checkup
rom the selected hospital hat will make their life healthy and beautiful (Getz and Page, 2016).
Location of the event
Kings Park will be the venue for the event due to the reason it is considered as one of the
attractive mark as well as has huge space that help in covering huge amount of public in an
effective manner. it is also near to the city Perth that will help in covering such public more
efficiently. The park has capacity of nine thousand visitors (Government of Western Australia,
2018).

suppliers of the event as well as the fifth one will managing the cash transaction as well as will
sit in the donation department to collect the amount from those who want to donate according to
their will. Therefore, in total six members will require. Other than that the volunteer will be
invited to managing the event and every team member will be assigned one or two voluntary
according to the requirement of work

There will be different sources for raising the fund for the investment as they are explained in the
below points:
Donation: the donation will be collect from the market to organize the event. In such process, the
people who have given donation will be awarded in the event among the other people.
Tickets: the tickets will be provided at nominal prices to raise the funds. The option of pre
booking will be provided in the event to raise the funds in an effective manner.
Government Support: some of the amount will be taken from the government as well as by
letting them know about the purpose of the event or the support of the government in the form of
providing the space will be done.
