local fundraising charity institution which support Hospice care patients by providing them £1m
per year as a gift to NHS Hospice. The Charity is staffed by almost 50 employees and with help from
over 400 volunteers who work in the hospice. This organisation has adopted various strategic and
operational changes for growth and development.
