The gambling is a way of income but in unethical way. There are various type of
gambling methods that are happening around the world. In this report the chosen industry is the
casino industry. A casino is an industry which provides various types of opportunity for the
gamblers. As it accommodated different activities of gambling (Rege and McMullan 2017). The
casino industry can be also called as the gaming industry. Along with the gaming in the casino
shopping option, restaurants, and hotels are also combined. The casino can be beneficial for
some group of people and there are some group of people as well who face a huge loss due to the
gamblers. The gambling mainly done by some gamblers and mainly it mainly done through some
games. There are various different types of games that are played in the casino which involves a
huge amount of money. In the given report a technology is also proposed for the industry of the
gambling. Introduction of the chat bots can be very effective for the gambling industry. The
integration of the Chat bot in the gambling industry will see a rapid growth in the profit (Banks
2016). Implementation of this technology will provide various good offers and huge amount of
bonuses for the users. The traditional gaming method will remain the same as it was before and
the implementation of the chat boat will add the extra features. There will be some facilities in
the chat bot by which the players will be able to bet easily, they can deposit the cash and can
withdraw the cash easily as well.

The implementation of the chat bot in the gambling industry will boat the industry rapidly
by providing several benefits to the industry. Using the chat bot the players will be able to

able to communicate by the voice too. There will be a display in the chat board by which the
player having the different language will be able to communicate with each other. The casino

where the players will play from their home instead of coming in the casino and they will be able
to see each other and able to communicate (Albarrán 2018). The gamers will be able to play
online using the buttons of the interface. The details of the users will be private to the other
player only they can able to communicate can be communicate and play w with each other. Two
people from the different country can be able to play and communicate using the chat bot. In the
chat boat a facility of adding players will be implemented by which the players will be able to
add a player to his friend list so that they can play with each other and the friends will be able to
share their achievements with each other. From this we can easily obtained that the
implementation of the chat bot in the gambling industry will be surely beneficial for the industry.

By implementing chat bots in gambling industry in an effective manner. Some factors needs to
be considered.

implement in a large scale.
