After the analysis of this particular event, it has been learned that even after having a low
budget it is always necessary for any organization to provide information via social media for
inviting the members of any local community. In this event, it has been found that very few people
have turned up to attend the charity event since most of the people have not received any proper
information regarding the event which is going to occur. In this particular aspect, it can be said that
social media is going to play a crucial role in boosting the website traffic thereby engaging the
