Cultural factors have the emphasis over aspects such as religion, language, observations,

which a person belongs. This has main association with behaviour and values that have been use
by a person in performance of their workings.
Sociological factors are those that have direction relation with the numerous elements of
society. This will have positive and negative impact that resultant into the change in elements,
structure, function and orientation. In other words, it can be understood as the elements that bring
change in the social status of overall society or a person. Some factors commonly considered
under this includes lifestyles, housing, discrimination etc.
In the current report, the case considered is about the Alice who is single mother to two
young children. She faced the many difficulties in her early childhood. She moved many times
and lived with many relatives. The education was interrupted and the reason did not have the
good reading/writing and numeracy skills. Alice mother died two year ago. She removed from
the own family as a child. At that time, she experienced mental health issues and alcohol
dependency. After the death of the mother there was no support and established connections with
her family in northern Queensland. Afterwards, she is resourceful. She wanted that nothing will
repeat in the life of their children’s. This is the reason that wanted to provide stable home and
school experience (when the time comes). Currently, Alice and children are depended upon the
supportive payment they received from Centrelink. Recently, she was informed about the leaving
of house that sharing with a cousin and her cousin’s boyfriend. She has a week before she needs
to vacate. This situation resultant into the situation of depression as this is the last straw for Alice
as help.
