You work at a long day care centre that provides care for children from 6 months to 5 years
of age. As part of your job you are required to provide information for prospective families as

You have walked a mother that has a 2-year-old child through the centre, sharing information
about various practices and provisions. The mother is going back to work three days a week
and is thinking of enrolling her son at your service. However, before she can decide, the
mother has some questions about your service that she wishes to discuss further.
