lunch at 1.00PM according to the best diet for the children. We also have specific sleep time for
the children, which is given after the lunchtime. The sleep time for the children will be for 1.5
hours and then we start another hour for learning. In addition to it, I will inform that we have our
own dietician and professional chef. Dietician plan the nutrient balanced diet for the children,
and for that at the time of admission, we assess the weight, height and allergic history of the
children and make a record of it. As per the BMI of the children, we plan a balanced diet, which
focus to give essential nutrient to them. After lunch, we then involve children in indoor and
outdoor activity. The indoor and outdoor game are played in alternate days. For playing of the
children, we have large space with trained staffs, which assist them in activities. The games,
which we offer, are safe and attention is paid that no one will be physical harm. However, for the
emergency situation, we always have a professional nurse who can give first aid to the children
in case of emergency. I will inform her about the hygiene practice we follow. We encourage the
children to wash their hand, stay healthy, and teach good habits by providing them demonstration
by the mean of drama or skid. We assist the children in toileting and train them for toilet sitting.
