continuous stress. Director's notion of developing a calm atmosphere is possible only when
positive interactions are established.

The resource “Stories of Assessment” can be used as tool for preparation for educators in an
efficient way. This booklet consists of different experiences day care services in various
departments. A compilation of 9 stories shall give educators a chance to understand the
perspective of service providers with these experiences. The information that is provided in this
booklet are from different backgrounds like rural regions, capital city and one from a regulatory
authority. Educators will be prepared in an efficient way if they gain an understanding from
these stories and experiences and they will be able to deliver better output during their visit.
Case study 3
Educator can use intentional teaching for extending the children's learning as a follow up from
the visit to the farm. Four points are as described :-
1- Kids who visited the farm where they had seen the water buffalo will be asked to draw
paintings. They will be encouraged for making use of colors and other object such as tree leaves
and wood for making their drawing look real and actual. This method will help in evaluating
learning experiences of children,
