INTRODUCTION
Child development is defined as the physical attributions, language and emotional
changes which is being developed from process of child progress from the birth to adulthood. As
per this the child development have various aspect in which biological, psychological and
emotional changes which is being between birth and to adolescence. Their are five main type of
development such as cognitive development, social and emotional development, speech and
language development, motor skill development and various development which is helpful for
child and young person to gain more knowledge and skill as per growing age(Sayal and et. al.,
2018). In this report, the development of child based on physical, communication and emotional.
Also determination of various transition which is being followed by child and young during
phase of development.

and stress and also some symptoms of anxiety (Evans and et. al., 2017). They various issue
regarding with behavioural and in communication. This may lead in impairment in social
communication and devaluation of an individuals. Likewise some of:
Child that is facing difficulties in their motor function is not good in their sport activities. Because sports activities help them to go through the fitness and provide him healthy life.
Cognitive and communication: Child and young person with their cognitive disabilities have
affect them with mentally. Cognitive disabilities has been separated in two categories (Dinh and
et. al., 2017). Functional disability and clinical disability where clinical include autism, down
syndrome and memory loss and so on. For example:
Down syndrome is clinical disability which is faced now day by children, this affect the
development of physical attributions.

With this syndrome they are good understanding of language and have ability to speak
but suffer from unsaturated speech which is not proper while delivering.
Children which is facing functional cognitive disabilities have a challenging for learning
which manually affect their social life. As per this, a child with their issue like facing
struggle in reading then child develop an feeling of failure and ineptness. This overall phenomena can affect the development of social behaviour and can affect
the child to feel low and down and generate low self esteem
Emotional, behavioural and social: Difficulties are arising with emotional and social
development which is being also create negative impact and challenges for social development
of child and person. As per this, with regular difficult can create social anxiety disorder which is
called as social phobia. For example:
A child of young person is suffer from any type of anxiety and depression that may
generate loss of social activities, work and life (Benwell and Hopkins, 2017). This can
collapse the ability of making new friend.
Children with eating issue may create physical and neurological disorder and also affect
children with malnutrition if this issue is persist of long time.
As per this football help to develop physical development as well team building. This
activity reduce the dyslexia in order to doing sport activity.

According to studies peoples confronts many changes in their lives, peoples, places,
everything changes even human's own body changes. People faces ongoing periods of transitions
as all things alter from how they were in the past and how they are now. A period of change from
a significant change to another or gaining experiences is known as transitions. Change is the
biggest impact on children, therefore whether positively or negatively transitions impacts on
children and young people's development that's depending on how they are supported and how
the change is managed. There are many transitions given which children and young people faces
are physical, physiological, emotional, and intellectual if these things are not handled in a correct
manner then it might give negative impact on development. Most of the peoples concern about
their sufferings and losses for e.g. the loss of a loved one, death of close ones or death of pets or
even death of a person who is famed well this can leave a negative impact on children's mind
such kind of sufferings can raise a maelstrom of emotions in a child, due to this reason they may

be fearful about what is going to happen next or their close ones might die next and this may also
creates confusions in their mind about what has happened in this way their sadness increases and
they feel so low- confident because they blame themselves for the loss, they could feel guilty
about the loss or why they are still alive and they might feel grief and sadness even anger about
the loss (Kossarova and et. al., 2017). Such kind of emotions or griefs brings behavioural
changes in the children's life. After facing all these things child may become quiet and
withdrawn and in some case they may stop eating, they unable to sleep and at the same time they
may become aggressive too and they must learn to accept the change and also they may need
help and support to come over sufferings. Emotions, physical, intellectual, physiological these
are the areas of development that transitions an affect.
Identify the transitions experienced by most by most children
Children may experience several types of transitions may include separation,divorce of parents,
or death of the family member, new sibling, moving house, children going through these
transitions may experience sense of loss or range of emotions. As per discussed transitions is a
period of change while children growing and developing inevitably they experience different
number of transitions. Some of the significant events and transitions are common and expected
or others transitions are unpredicted and unexpected. It is very important to remember that
transitions is a process not one -off event (Ehrensaft and et. al., 2018). Making careful planning
in advance is very necessary which evaluate the meets of a child when they enter in a unfamiliar
phase. Transition which are experienced by most people include;
Moving away – children are frustrated by moving away because they feel that their favourite
places or friends are torn away from them and this could make them anxious.
Puberty- This makes children feel confused and argumentative with parents or carers.
Starting a new school- while going to any new place this could make child to feel nervous
because they do not understand how to interact with children or how to make new friends
therefore they become shy or anxious and dismissive.
Serious illness, loss of significant people or accident – many times it is seen that children may
lose their love ones or a member of their family to whom they are close, so due to this they may
react to it in a several ways lack of sleep, motivation, loss of appetite or concentration and
withdrawal.

As discussed above transition are an important part of child life and young person's development,
the changes which comes in their lives may be gradual or sudden, they gives challenges to the
children through which they must overcome. All the transition are quite stressful for children and
young peoples, then stress resulting into effecting on children's emotions and academic
achievements (Marchiano, 2017). Some changes occurs during transition which cause tension
and this can affects emotional and behavioural development, and also there is possible impacts
on physiological and intellectual development. The transition which are faced by the children
and young peoples are emotional – if a person is affected by own personal experiences for e.g.
bereavement or separation of parents or divorce.
Physical -Moving to a new place or home, class or school.
Intellectual – this means moving from one organisation to another for e.g. from primary school
to secondary school or from school to institute.
Physiological- is a process in which people going through puberty or a long term medical
condition, the main transitions is that child's life changing school this makes children feel
insecure, anxious and nervous about the unknown, sometimes they do feel some sense of
excitement to make new friends or new experience they will exposed too.

While looking at young peoples development , it is necessary to recognise whether the child or

persons development given below if the any concern left untreated then it may get more worse or
delay in help it means outcome is not good.
Physically – if child is not playing at playtime it means they are not physically active therefore
responding should be done in a professional manner according to procedure.
