On the basis of current investigation, a reflection can be made out that at the in Early Childhood Education and
Care at Victoria University Polytechnic all the best possible ways are adopted and undertaken by the teachers and
staff to support better learning and development of a child at early stage of its life. Use of arts and drawing is made
by the teachers to boost the morale of child along with ensuring improved learning and development of child by the
