1a. Problem/Issue Identification: Recognition of challenges/issues faced by the family.
As per the given case studies, it can be understood that Zhang and his family has been
suffering from number of problem but still there are some of the problems which has been giving
lots of problem to them. Among those problem, financial issue and hectic schedule are the major
one. They are financially weak and because of that they are unable to do proper treatment of
Wei. As they are financially not capable to afford there expenses to fulfil them and due to which
they have to work for longer period of time. Because of all this, they have a hectic schedule and
unable to spend the qualitative time with each other. In addition, they all not be able to connect
with each other. Also, due to all this issues they are unable to maintain their daily basis diet and
that has been affecting on there daily basis routine.
1b. Planning: Development of a nursing goal for the family
The goal was chosen in this given case study is just to reduce the family issues which is
being faced by Zhang and his family. In order to reduce the stress and any sort of problem within
the family, appointed nurse will prepare the short term diet plans according to the health level of
each and every family member so that they can stay happily. Also, when people do work in the
same field for longer period of time then they do suffer from stress problem and for that nurse be
the better option who can do regular basis counselling which can help them to work in best
possible manner for longer period of time.
1c. Implementation of Nursing Care Interventions.
According to “Richard Cowling”, there are number of families which do requires the help
of number of people just to run their life easily and happily. There are number of choice where
nurse can also be one of the suitable option through which daily basis life styles can be
maintained in best possible manner (For patients, care is a family affair, 2018). By providing
information and support, nurses can minimize the family’s anxiety about delivering care and
achieve positive responses in many of the family. It is said that nurses do have the special
abilities to motive the person to do any of the work in best possible manner through which there
goals and targets can be accomplished easily.
Nurses are the one who work on the positive grounds which is beneficial for the people
engaged in different field and even they helps to maintain the proper healthy diet which helps to

attain the goals and target. As per the case studies two different interventions has been prepared
which will the family member of Zhang. The two different interventions are preparing the daily
basis diet according to the health level of family member and doing regular basis counselling. In
first intervention, nurse will be required understand the diet plan of each and every member of a
family which they do take and after that she will need to check whether that diet is suitable or
not. The best part of the diet preparing plan will be that every member will stay fit and fine
through which they can stay fit and fine which will have a direct impact on their health level. If
each and every member can stay fit and fine then it will be easy task for them to focus on their
goals where chances of occurring any of the trouble will be very less.
In context of second intervention, counselling is one of the most important thing for
Zhang's family because they are financially weak were lots of unnecessary thoughts do arises and
in this situation nurse can help them to overcome from the problem. The counselling program
will be managed on the basis of work load problem which is being faced the Zhang's family.
In short, nurse will guide all of them that what should be their working capabilities so
that any sort of problem do not come across them to achieve their targets. As Wei is suffering
from serious diseases (cancer) where huge amount of money is required for treatment and that
can be only possible if Jin and Daiyn can for on their targets to work more efficiently.
1d. Implementation of Nursing Care Interventions
It is said that evaluation work is never an easy task because each and every task must be
observed very carefully so that judgement can be done. In simple words, the appointed nurse will
have to overview that whether family member are being benefited of above mentioned
intervention or not. Secondly, she will required to find that what effective results are being
obtained with the help of applied diet are not. She is required to check that how many time Jin
and his family use to suffer from different problem related to financial problem and hectic
schedule. In addition, she will required to check and evaluate the things what where they are able
to maintain their work load or not and are they able to arrange the time for their family member
or not.
As evaluating work is not that easy but still she will be required to find that does similar
sort of problem is arising or not which is related to depression which do come across in the
family like Zhang. Here, she is required to find that after working for additional period of time
after office hour, whether they are capable of managing the fund or not and if they are not

capable, then it is a waste of time which will not reduce their daily basis problem from which
they are suffering. Also, it will be important to check they often they work on their food diet and
and after what period of time they need to update them.
PART 2
2a. Analyse the impact that current social and health policy has on children and families.
According to “Timothy G. Moore”, it can be seen that health and social policies do plays
the crucial role because it teaches the children and families that how they are required to keep
them fit and fine. All of the current health policies do teaches the family member that how they
can keep their children healthy if they uses the proper vaccination (Early childhood development
and the social determinants of health inequities, 2015). It will help children to grow better where
there will be high possibilities that children can stay fit and fine. All of the vaccination which are
needed to be given at early stage of life is much important in current period of time.
Firstly, it is necessary for Daiyu to understand the impact of different vaccination which
is needed to be given to the children and what can be positive and negative outcome of all those
vaccination. The different types of vaccination which is needed to be given has the positive
impact as it allows to remove the number of medical issues which might by suffered b children
from small age group. Daiyu is required to understand that vaccination will only have the
positive impact on health of there children. If her children are properly vaccination then there is
very few chances or percentage where children might suffer from communication diseases at
early stage of the life.
This sort of knowledge is not being given by the non professional bodies so it will be
important for Daiyu to concern their appointed nurse who can give proper suggestion that when
and why any of the vaccination is needed to be given and what are those positive results which
can be obtained once the vaccination is given to the children. She is required to not worry
because it do have only positive impact on their children. In case, if she do not give the proper
vaccination to her children then they might suffer problem and as per the guidelines of
kindergarten, they doesn't allow any of the children who are not vaccinated at proper age period.
It will be important for her to understand that how her appointed nurse advices to her
because that will have the direct impact on future of her children. It will also impact on its family
because financial condition of her family is weak.
