This study will significantly highlight on health and safety issues which are of utmost
importance in early childhood. This study also evaluates the various set of health conditions
which influence the health of the child. The key issues within this study mainly comprise of
obesity, body image, exercise and another issue is associated with child protective behaviour and
sexual education. Health and safety within the childcare is considered to be of utmost importance
because it helps in providing high degree of quality care to the child by keeping in mind the
requirements. Health, safety and nutrition within the early childhood is of utmost importance
because it very useful in the prevention of the illness and care centres are of clean surfaces which
results in early childhood setting. Health and safety is vital as it helps in providing better care
services and also helps in creating clean and safe environment for the children (Côté-Lussier &
et.al. (2015)). Providing knowledge and training to the child related with how to use first aid.
Proper diet and nutrition is a crucial part of health and safety which helps in providing the right
balance of the nutrients to the child which leads to better growth and development. There are
various set of health condition such as obesity, exercise, body image, sexuality education and
child protective behaviours which in turn can largely influence the health of the child.

one of the most healthy choice which contains high degree of protein and nutrients which is very
beneficial for the child health. Low fat milk, low sugar intake, health breakfast, etc. are the key
epitome of maintaining healthy weight within the child and reduce the risk associated with
obesity. Indulging in physical activity is considered to be of utmost importance and carrying out
various recreational outdoor activities which eventually leads to maintaining healthy weight
within the child and reduce the issues associated with obesity. Physical activity intervention,
