Case Study
AI Summary
This case study examines the complex issue of child labor in relation to poverty, exploring arguments for and against its use. It references various laws, NGOs, and scholarly articles discussing the ethical and practical considerations of child labor, including its impact on education, health, and economic development. The study highlights the need for addressing the root causes of child labor, such as poverty and lack of access to education, and advocates for strict implementation of laws and policies to protect children. It concludes that while child labor may seem like a solution to immediate poverty, it ultimately hinders national development by creating an uneducated workforce. The report recommends creating conditions where children have access to free education and enforcing strict guidelines to prevent child labor in any sector.
