Reflection of personal development of study skills
Most of the common but eth crucial skills are developed during eth students’ academic
life which makes it important in identifying eth effective university student. The most important
academic skill is time management which has helped me in developing a balance between my
academic and personal life. This is eth much needed skill as there are times when I have to work
more towards the completion to the project which affects my personal life and making me feel
tired and unenergetic. But through this skill, I have been able to make my work more effectively
resulted into overcoming eth tiredness. Nowadays most of the project requires working on the
word, excel and PowerPoint and this IT system is being encouraged by eth university so that
student are able to work on them which will also help career development. Thus, this skill has
helped in improving my technological knowledge and understanding which is important for
becoming an effective academic student. Another important skill that I have learned is the team
working skills which has helped me in getting interacted with the students of the diverse
background which is considered to be essential in regard to the completion of the projects or eth
activities given in groups. In order to further improve in all eth skills listed above, certain
SMART goals is being prepared which clearly states about the ways in which the development
of the skills can be effectively measured. It also specifies the time frame which is required for
achieving the desired goals.
Conclusion
On the basis of above report it can be articulated that goals in respect to time
management, technology knowledge and team work. In addition to this, reflection for providing
clear knowledge is included in current report.

physical and mental health of children. In current scenario, it is important to address the issue of
child labour to mitigate related results. The current case study based on evaluating the argument
for and in against of banning all forms of child labour in supply chain.
