deprives children of their childhood (Ali., 2019). It interferences with their ability to attend
about regular school and having mentality, physically, socially and morally harmful.
Background of Study:
Child Labour is better than living in Poverty.
Poverty is considered to the most important cause of child labour and it deprives children
of schooling and acquiring human skills. The poor children grow us unskilled workers and earn
low wages in adulthood. The child labour is also kind of poverty which is undetermined towards
not get better platform to raise their education and not getting proper hospitality. As poverty is
persist and parents which is usually focused that enhance trap within better formed. The
econometric mapping through using analysis where it is state level panel data (Buheji, 2019).
Somehow the survey report is generating report adversely which effect through children’s
schooling and education along with poverty creating child labour trap. In this report, the topic are
follows on the basis of arguments and findings which related to child labour issues, argument,

Issues related to child labour and poverty.
Child are the future citizen of nation and their proper education and priority towards the country
is essential. But there are some issues which create disbalanced of this vision that is child labour.
Unfortunately Child labour is now across world where 1.2 billion aged of 9-20 years are working
in slums, construction or selling fruits etc. in this many children are hidden workers within
economy, this would make the future and development in high range of scarcity (Fonta, and et. al
., 2019). The child labour is consider illegal activity and it violates the human rights towards
International labour Organisation. As child labour is continues to be a great part of concern in
world. In year of 2008, some of 60% of the 215 million boys and girls are estimated to work in
labour worldwide. And the reason of having global poverty through child labour is worst
problem which world is facing today. As per the record the poorest in the world are facing today,
the main reason is there is lack of education and job opportunity.

Argument For Child Labour:
“The Circumstances for extreme poverty if child’s wage is helping their family for buy food and
other access, shelter, health care and education for their working good things”. As this statement
is quite positive side because in the times of uncertainty raises in family and in that a child is
involve in some labour work through that he earn some wages to serving for family, but every
child is has right to education which this will surfer due to labour work. In other phase if there is
elder one member in family that person is responsible for earning wage not child.
Working is beneficial to children:
Economic benefit: The paper is contain towards theoretical discussion and literature which is
having survey on better economy impact on child labour (Ingutia, Rezitis and Sumelius., 2020).
The benefit generate to micro family where these type of family are in below poverty line where
members are not educated. In this child labour support if their children are working then it is
provide a positive benefit of wages to serve quite better standard of living.
Physical Effect: This could be negative side as child labour would generate result extreme
bodily and mental harm along with even death. This can lead to salivary and sexual or economic
exploitation along children would not get better education.
Argument against with child labour
On the basis of this argument it creates long term uncertainty in terms of physical or social
development. as many illegal activities are involves like drugs and other smuggling in which
child labour also be involved. Many transport companies are found challenge to transport good
and service to national boarder where they use child labour to across their goods supply chain in
better way. But there is chances that child labour could be dangerous for their life. Apparently
child labour is illegal in society.
Who should be responsible for child labour in supply chains? And why?
The responsible for child labour in supply chain are Option B: Governments and business
who do not check and enforce existing child labour laws. Because there is lots of corruption
and in some boundaries child labour is not illegal such as Africa, China etc. Through which
many countries are following this practise (Stewart and Roberts., 2019). There is huge fault
of government who are not monitor and not enforce to stop child labour practise. Another
reason there is lack of opportunity is driven to children for work in initial age.

The social, economic, legal and organisation challenge for enforcing a complete or partial ban
child labour.
As there is consequence occurs to legally, socially and economically that they are
partial ban child labour as there is many low wage of work are there which government
have pressurised to hiring child as labour which is illegal. Some how, government is not
support the child labour but due to drastic unstable of financial condition many below
poverty line macro family forcefully sent their children in low wage work for extra wage
earning. There is another theory that these family are not well settle or income to provide
better education their children so, the alternative option to make involve their children into
labour work.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded about Child labour is better than poverty where it summarised about different
argument and issues factor are elaborates in relate to child labour. As the social, economic
and physical effect can occurs in which this can create lack of education and uncertain for
job offer that is also can be reason to having high rate of child labour.
Recommendation:
On above situation of Child labour there is some ways to recommend for band child labour
and poverty practises:
 Government need t make monitor in these Child labour activities as well as other
illegal activities.
 Provide proper education facilities to poor children along with job opportunity in low
wage to their families that help to reduce child labour and it would development the
economy
