INTRODUCTION
safeguarding children’s is about protecting the children’s. This term use in the United
Kingdom to protect the children’s form harm and abuse (Mora, E. 2018). As children’s get very
scared and don’t share their problem easily with the others but it’s a reasonability of adults to
observe that and help them to cop up from that situation. In the UK there are some laws and rules
for protecting the children’s as well as to keep them safe and healthy, such as legislation and
safeguarding children’s, children act etc. This laws and act set some safety masers so that the
people who work with children should follow those measures according to it. Here in this report
we are going to assess the case study on a 4 year small chilled who is living with his big family
and recently showing some abnormal changes in this behavior, his name is Jude.
he has been attending my setting from some time, his mother is home care worker and
recently started shift work in the local care home and her mother is having strong bond between
the staff. but from the day she started working in the shift work I wouldn’t have seen her and
their family members that much. Jude behavior get changed and he started to make himself away
from the adult because he is getting afraid of them (Mansoor, T. 2019) . Jude become introvert
along with this there are the multiple changes we analyses in the Jude behavior such as tired,
listless most of the time. As these symptoms are not normal so that’s way we are very concern
about Jude mental and physical health because this can make him mental and physically ill. we
tried to concern with the Jude family but we wouldn’t get right response. we show that Jude is
having some minor facial injuries but his not comfortable and able to explain it.
today in the morning Jude arrive at school and I saw some bruising’s mark on his
Cheech, and when I asked him about that he started crying, and he says that his dad will get
angary on him. his behavior is showing that his in the danger because all these things are very
weird and risky for his health (He, M. and Flynn, C., 2019). According to all this thing it’s a case
of children abuse by his family.
As a manager it’s my responsibility to take care of him, I have to take action and make
everyone in the keyworkers group aware about Jude condition, so that they can support Jude and
help him to come out of that problem and be happy. now in the school it’s a responsibility of
every one to give him emotional, physical and educational support.
