INTRODUCTION
Childhood is a stage of growth and development the ideas of a humanistic mind is
ideologies in a way that, the main focus is on him/her self, their own identity. There is the aspect
of interpersonal is normally associated with this kind of resource. People tend to focus on
themselves more. This can be brought up many things, in our scenario is Margot a two-year-old
child. She is experiencing stranger anxiety: she is having difficult time trying to adopt to day
care and new people, this common with children at her age. The paper provides an analysis of
case by case on the psychological and growth issues affecting the children in the process of their
respective growth.
Margot falls within the age -bracket of normal child and belongs to an age-appropriate for
her to act in the matter she does, she is still very sensitive to changes. Once a child has got over
the initial Separation and anxiety, there is an increase in their chances of initial socialization.
Children tend to be extremely resilient but through social interaction activities like playing
games, reading books has a major impact in the lives of children, as it tends to bring them
together hence their quick adjustment to that setting.
One method of helping Margot transition in childcare without any problems is to ensure,
that she is comfortable with the surroundings, ensure the staff are friendly and they are excited
about this new experience. Margot will pick up the emotions from her mother, this way she will
relate more comfortable with the other children at day care and the staff too.
Children respond differently to separation from their parents. Her refusal to eat and sleep
is one of the ways she is trying to respond the new surroundings, her aggressive behavior

suggests the effects of separation. The attachment theory that excites between the mother and
Margot is because; she is physically accessible to her at all times. Any sort of separation from the
Margot whether long term or short term will affect the child negatively. As they get older, they
are able to tolerate physical distance from their mothers. Children learn through their explanatory
behaviors, this will have an influence on how he /she is going to experience his new
environment. Behavioral stages of children are best defined as continues rather than fixed age
categories. Various ways of exposure are necessary to take into account in terms of discovering
behavioral characteristics.
There is another recommendation that parents might first reconsider in order to enhance
productive learning at the day care. Margot mother should be spending more time with Margot at
the day care before it begins, this will enable the mother to introduce Margot to the common
activities she has been undertaking at home, also let the child choose and observe the classrooms,
this tends to make the child get very comfortable with this new environment. A farewell culture
should be established between the children and their parents.
In conclusion this principal, is majority characterized by behavioral change as a result of
introduction the new environment and the effect it has on the daily activities of Margot who is
very sensitive to this new change and adjusts to it with time.

SCENARIO 4: TOPIC: RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS RESOURCE FOCUS
INTRODUCTION
Janine is an 8-year-old child that is having a difficult time trying to accept the separation;
she has developed an attitude towards everyone around because of what is going on in her life.
This situation has affected negatively she is struggling with what is happening. She has
developed an attitude. Different children register varied reaction towards separation. In some
cases, children can respond positively in cases of separation while others find themselves in
unmanageable situations thus need counseling and utmost care. The case explains the attitude
registered by Janine in the case.
An attitude is an expression of likes and dislikes towards someone or something. Janine
had a special attachment to her cousins and their parents, their separation has affected her
negatively, therefore she is likely be defensive and completely shut down. The client remains in
solitude and does not wish to interact with the rest of individuals apart from those whose social
circle appealed to her initially.
The actions of her father make, have caused her to build a wall between her and those around,
she feels left out, this is quite normal for children around this ae, because she feels like her
cousins are going to replace her in her father’s life, she is little and might doesn’t understand
what actually her father is doing for her cousins. She is devastated by this sudden change of
things. As a result, she has become an egocentric child as evidenced in the nature of her
behavior.

Janine’s father ought to have talked her immediate, as he plays a big role in helping Janine
understand the inevitability of change, and explain to her that its actually part of growing up, this
way she would have understood what was going on from the word go. Schools play a big role in
promoting the health and well-being of children. They are expected to be nice to each other, her
bossy behavior is an expression of power, to direct what other kids should do.
Interacting and making connections come naturally to many children and being bossy in this
setting will drive other kids away. Any severe behavioral problem could be a symptom of other
underlying issues. The controlling behavior is a way, she tries to handle her emotions, to cover
her up for what is causing pain in her life what she doesn’t realize is that her controlling
behavior is affecting other children in the classroom. Bossy kids make other kids become
resentful, as a result they tend to isolate themselves with the bossy kid.
This behavior is affecting her ability to keep friends Janine 's father’s patient and continued
intervention can be of help to Janine, she can learn how to control her immense emotions and
also how to get what she wants without ordering others around. One way to help curb this is by,
teacher the class about virtues like respect, obedience, self-control and how to overcome
selfishness. Her father should explain to Janine the consequence of her actions. Incorporating
punishment is a way to reduce the occurrence of this behavior.
Preventative behavior management is required of it is seen that a child is talking in a dominating
tone with the others. In this situation, it will be effective to take the child aside in order to have a
serene talk. It will also be effective to make the child in thinking if one of her friends dictates her
in any case, how she will feel. On the other hand, the guardians of the child also need to exclaim
to him if she does not control his behavior, he cannot make any friends. In that case, no one will

be willing in playing with her. In order to take an arrogant child in the right track is highly
challenging.
In conclusion, the withdrawal and controlling behavior is as a result of what is going on
around her, its normal to get affected by situations around but how handle the aftermath is what
really matters, Janine character is quite controllable once she accepts and understands how her
actions is affecting her and those around her.

Curriculum resources focus is required to consider creative lessons and actions in terms of both
fun and educational. Fortunately, at the present a number of free resources are available in the
hand of the teachers in engaging children in curriculum activities. During relationship with
Curriculum resources focus we can be able to inquire the following ways as an important way to
learn.
Relationship with the curriculum resources focus is necessary to take into account in terms of
developing understanding of the students based on practical experience. In this reference, it will
also be effective to let students in making queries in relation to their learning experience
(Jackson, 2002). It helps students to gather knowledge about more new things. Relationship with

student’s ideas
It is necessary to note hereby that in Australia a deal of private and government schools

Learners should be able to be aware about the classroom activities, which ensure a bright career
for them in future. It is necessary for the students in being engaged in learning from the extra
curriculum activities so that they can ensure the continuous self-development. On the other hand,
it helps them in setting their future goals in terms of a sustainable future. In this way student can
earn the ability of controlling personal rage and emotion.
Learning is considered as a social practice, which needs support from teachers in terms of
effective implementation. Human are considered as social beings and therefore interaction with
others helps human beings to learn a thing in the most effective way. Interaction invokes the

emotion of the students in gathering knowledge and information. Students need to encourage in
getting better ideas in terms of interplaying between emotions, motivation and conscience, so
they can have positive vibe in terms of reaching a more profound understanding.
Emotions and motivation needs to be considered in order to develop the environment of
the classroom. It is because if students get upset about any reason, they cannot pay attention in
the activities of classroom. Hence, there is need to motivate students continuously. It energizes
students in developing their performance and characters. It is necessary to take into concern
about diversified learners when creating a learning environment regarding various experiences
and prior knowledge that each student brings to class (Lopez, 2012).
Evaluations are important due to measure how to make the structure for the next lesson in
maximizing effectiveness. It should be meaningful, substantial, and shape the learning
environment itself. “Good teachers do this informally most of the time,” Groff asserted. “But
when it’s done well and more formally it’s a whole structure and methodology where you collect
feedback on the learning pathway and it drives the next step that you take.”
The necessity of learning to be connected across various disciplines to lead the students
in getting the phenomenon of the real world. Learning cannot be significant until students can
comprehend for why this leaning is important to them and in the way, this learning can help them
in future. Understanding the relationship between concept and subject is also essential in terms
of boosting the ability of enhancing skills of the students. Terry (2006) opines, “We can’t just
