Supervisors play an important role in the provision of child welfare services. Each and every
medical professionals such as Nurses or supervisors are responsible for assuring effective as well
as efficient child protection. An effective supervisor work with the agency in order to setup
desirable goal or objective.
To develop standards, norms and legal policies which may support for creating a positive
environment for children’s. On regular basis, an effective supervisor is always representing the
positive response towards children protection while implementing legal procedures to fulfil all
essential need or requirement for child.
Additionally, Child protection Supervisor is looking to address complex problem of children
and then implement practices for welfare. It will be using a proper materials to build the
understanding of families, children’s. This can support to develop an awareness related health
care services (Bhopal, Buckland and Owens, 2021). Moreover, the child protection supervisor
plays important role to coordinate with school’s response and find allegation of abuse. The
primary responsibility is to review the internal demand of children and then provide the
opportunity.
Question-2
Training and development is one of the important method in order to provide the best
opportunity for nursing staff members. They can easily establish a basic knowledge and
understand child protection practices. For purpose of Continuous professional development, it is
mainly used the ongoing process of development, maintaining and documenting professional
skills (Bywaters and et.al., 2018). Generally, it involve rregistration and commitment to CPD,
supervision training, disclosure training. This may be gained formally, expected to determine
their own needs, organize excellent training and learn for themselves.
At the time of CPD, training and development, a whistle blower can be any person such as
nurses, who reports suspicious of public officials as law enforcement. An employee who can
involve in the different kind of professional development training program. In order to focus on

develop own skills and gain more knowledge so that it help to understand the role of child
protection. During CPD, employee makes allegation on the training & development service
provider. This kind of situation may arise when a person does not satisfied with the services. So
as, it is very important responsibility of professional staffs around whistleblowing to follow all
necessary method of training such as commitment to CPD, supervision, disclosure training etc.
Question-3
Interagency Collaboration in system of care is the process of agencies and families joining
together for purpose of solving problem or issue of children’s. It is very important aspect in order
to identify the collaboration of manager to healthcare agency. Usually, the collaboration can be
occurred on multiple level from frontline collaboration among children and their family’s
members. In order to promote the awareness in regards of health care services.
Interagency Collaboration plays important role in order to create a sense of community
ownership for supporting children and provide better protection. This kind of collaboration will
support to reduce the duplication in medical service and allows for increasing efficiency of
public resources.
Before establishing a Collaboration, it should include Code of ethics and professional
conduct such as beneficence- concern for children safety and security. Nowadays, it is the most
challenging issue so that it can be applied children protection act, provide the better health
related medical facilities or services (Page, 2017). After Collaboration, it will be gathering or
collecting large information about the children and their health condition in current scenario. in
context of collaboration, it is an essential need to be used a proper professional conduct of
conduct such as maintain confidentiality, integrity in term of sensitive information or data. this
kind of legislation will support in the risks of failure to adhere to developing these relationships.

In the workplace, professionals staff members such as Nurses have an own role in relation to
manage the system for protection of Children’s. The primary responsibility is to create safe work
environment and make sure all necessary action suitable for child protection. In some situation,
Medical specialist have been instructed the nursing staffs, where they can take follow-up on
regular basis on the basis of safety and health (Woodman, Roche and Moore, 2018). In order to
maintain all kind of health related facilities for children and ask for assistance, if they do not
understand the information.
For Example- Occupational theory is used by medical professionals in order to provide the
facilities or service of children protection in school or nurseries. Once, it has been established a
collaboration with school authority to find the response of children protection through

On the other hand, Professionals have been consideration of SSSC Code of practices,
standards of childhood practices. In order to explain a statement and assign a particular
responsibilities of staff members in the workplace. Moreover, it will be using Childhood care
policy by nursing staffs in the workplace. Afterwards, it provide health care service to the
children, who are unable to resolve their medical issue or problem. This kind of policy will
support to professional conduct and professional accountability in related to children protection.
