receive emotional support instead of protection
from caregivers. Therefore, for successful
social and emothional development of child
and young ones, it is basic duty of care
providers to make an interpersonal relationship
with them. This would help in developing
interaction with such childs and understanding
their needs as well. In this regard, four main
types of attachment theory includes -
1. Secure attachment
2. Anxious-ambivalent attachment
3. Anxious-avoidant attachment
4. Disorganised attachment
Here, secure attachment is generally occurred
when children facing complex trauma that they
can trust on service providers, to meet their
needs of emotional support, promixity and
protection. While anxious-ambivalent occurs
when child feel extremely distressed after
seprating from caregivers and respond
aggressively after returning of them. In case of
avoidant attachment, it is completely
oppositive of anxious attachment, where
children remain unresponsive of departure or
arrival of care takers. The last theory i.e.
disorganised-disoriented attachment shows
conflicting behaviour of child that can be
directed by their facial expression like fear,
confusion, dazed look and more.

(I) Abuse, neglect and violence at home, can
corrupt love for children. In this regard, I have
seen a case where my neighbour is having a
young girl of age 6 years, like to always play
with toys.
(ii) But from few months I have seen sudden
changes in her behaviour where young girl
always seem to have a trauma of fear.
(iii) Therefore, as a counsellor I have analysed
that one of her mother's friend has abused her.
In this regard, I have helped her in discovering
child and healing her trauma.
