of one culture are different to those from another. This can make it difficult for carer to feel a sense of
belonging to any community. However, when carers find a way of taking care that feels right for them, it
helps them to develop a cultural identity and a sense of belonging. This is particularly important for
children, because a sense of belonging and a strong cultural identity supports their mental health and
well being. There are lots of things that can help carer to develop a sense of belonging. for instance their
might be food in some culture which are forbid to be eaten and as care taker to maintain respect for
their culture and helping the kid to eat food in school or day-care is by adding a menu for once weak
that child can eat that food. so that child in care don't feel any problem in care.
The cultural diversity can be more prominent during the religious festivals. At the childcare center , it
needs to be ensured that values and beliefs of all the children are respected. For instance, at the care
center , the key religious programs for every child are celebrated. Along with Christmas, the children
also get chance to know the festivals like Buddha’s birthday, Chinese new Year, Holi, Eid etc. Similarly,
the food habit of children from every culture are also respected and given value. Both the vegetarian
and non-vegetarian children are catered at the care center and provided with nutritious meals as per
their preference.

The sustainability and the environmental responsibility at the workplace can be increased using the
following techniques—
 Firstly, the employees need to be informed clearly regarding the changes the organization is
bringing towards the sustainability. For instance, the organization needs to demonstrate
whether it is focusing on reducing the energy usage, reducing waste or increasing recycling. The
employees also need to understand the benefits associated with the changes.
 Secondly, seeking feedbacks from the employees is an effective technique to enhance their
engagement to the sustainability programs. Seeking feedbacks from the employees enable them
to take part in the sustainability programs actively.

The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is considered as one of the childhood curriculum framework
a that enables the educators to create the quality programs. The EYLF helps the educators in the
following ways—

Firstly, the framework provides the key principles of child learning which include—belonging , being and
becoming. The child learning curriculum are developed on basis of the three principles.
Secondly, EYLF is an integral part of the National quality Framework (NQF). Use of EYLF enables the
educators to stay aware of the best practices and maintain the quality standards.
Thirdly, EYLF also enables the educators to identify what to achieve through the childcare curriculum.
The five learning outcomes mentioned in the framework enables the educators to understand the key
objectives to be attained through the curriculum.

The UNCRC ensures that the children are being treated in such a way so that their human
rights are reserved. UNCRC described the rights of children in five key domains which are --
cultural rights, civil rights, social rights , political rights and economic rights. The UNCRC also
recognizes that the children are expected to receive special care and protection from the
adults. Agreeing on the convention indicates that states across the world are recognizing the
children as human being and attempting to provide them with all the resources that an adult
can obtain. Adoption of the UNCRC also ensures that the states are taking actions that support
the best interest for the children.
