INTRODUCTION
Childcare refers to each and every type of education and care which is provided to young
children. This is also able to provide supplemental care to children from birth to 8 year by any
person other than their parents. Childcare is generally used for a variety of reason and program

There are some of the greatest value which includes democracy, rule of law, individual
Liberty,and tolerance with believes and Faith. Child care are the one who demonstrate actively
promoting these values.
Democracy- This is the one in which there is need to let the children know their views, and to
increase every individual to value others opinion. This can help to provide demonstrating the
democracy in action. Example- when children are able to share their views about the activity
which should be next. They also provide different activity that can involve sharing, turn taking,
and collaboration. There is no need to provide children some opportunity which can help to
develop inquiring their mind which can be created a better atmosphere in childcare setting. There
is also need to value each question of children (Wladis, 2018).
Rule of law- This is the one in which there is a need to ensure that children's should
understand others behaviour along with their own. There can be different consequences which
can help them to distinguish between right and wrong. There is need to work with children for
creating different rules and codes of behaviour for agreeing on the rule about tidying up. There is
need to make them understand that rules are applied on everyone.
Individual Liberty- There is need to provide opportunity for children for developing
their self esteem, self-knowledge and confidence about their abilities. Children should take rest
about the obstacle course and talk about their learning and experience. There is a need to
encourage range of experience which can allow them to explore feeling and responsibility that
can reflect differences and can take different opinions (Langford, 2020).
Mutual respect and tolerance- In this, there is need to provide information to children
about importance of tolerant behaviour and to respect others opinion. They should promote

diverse challenges and attitude and should provided activity and resources for challenge cultural,
gender and racial stereotyping. They should engage with their wider community and share
different practices experiences and celebrations. They need to provide some visit in which
children can get engage with their wider community to get well known about them and to get
better experience related with diversity. They should acquire tolerance and to appreciate and
respect other culture along with their own. This can help to to provide them their knowledge
about similarity and differences between others and themselves. This also includes faith, culture,
tradition, families and communities (Ren, 2020).
Radicalisation and extremism- Radicalisation is a social process within extremism
which is generally helpful in explaining changes of ideas and behaviour. There are some of the
sign of radicalization which includes isolation from friends and family. This able to discuss
about personal views, change in attitude by disrespecting towards other. There is increase in
anger level. There is also increased secretiveness which is generally associated with internet use.
Extremism refers to fundamental British value which includes democracy rule of law, tolerance
and mutual respect with different beliefs and faith.
Staying online safe- It can be said that internet safety is depends on the liability and the
use of children. This depends on the site which they access for their entertainment purpose or
any other reason. This is the one through which safety depends for the children. Children are not
having enough information related with safety and security and the harm. This can be done
through online websites or online surfing. So, there is need to take care about children by their
family during using internet. Staying online can be safe or can be unsafe both. When children are
sharing their personal information on social website, then it can be unsafe for them because this
personal information can use against them for any Cyber crime.
What can you trust- There are many things on internet. British society need to make
some values and rules and regulations which is there included in policy for providing better
information regarding trust. This is the one through which children can trust about using internet
and can lead for better entertainment with using different websites and applications.

From above discussion, it can be concluded that there is need to provide different
education and knowledge with care to young children for better understanding the culture and
