of the concerns of business consultation regarding Lamesley Childcare services (Anderso, Fontinha

worker to stay stable and to work for the firm, moreover, the country’s regulations as well as rules
regarding wages has too proved to be the biggest challenged faced by the childcare service.
Additionally, due to implication of Brexit in United Kingdom, the company has faced several
critical issues which have impacted its functioning. Furthermore, the competitors too had proven to
be the biggest threat to the effective functioning of the firm Lamesley Childcare Services.
Moreover, number of working hours is the issues which had let the workers remained unsatisfied in
its services. Additionally, the wages offered to the employees also let them remain stayed
unsatisfied. Also, retaining of skilled workers requires efficient motivations but, the factor of
motivation too remained absent in this organisation (Goldratt, 2017).
3) Recommendations for Lamesley Childcare
It is recommended, being the organisation of Childcare since 25 years the company proved to be the
organisation largest childcare services as well as the company is consisting of highly qualified staff
members, thus the staff members must be given regular statutory training in regards to children’s
health and safety, paediatric first aid, food hygiene as well as in regards to child protections.
Moreover, it is recommended to the firm in order to have consistent presence of skilled staff, the
company must provide its regular benefits. Motivational programs could be conducted by the
organisation in order to retain them and encourage them in tough times of work load. The Lamesley
Childcare service could even start their home services in order to increase the company’s revenge
generation. Lastly, it could be recommended that the company must provide its employees with the
