Early childhood care
 Our organization is one of the well-known
organizations for the provision of early
childhood care services.
 We now offer the service to many individuals
who have young kids from different
backgrounds.

 From a review of the state of our organization and the
service we provide, it has been evident that there is a
need for some advancement in terms of our
technology.
 There is a need for digital information advancement to
ensure the provision of quality services on child health
care through communication and collaborations,
better workplace technology and networking that will
enhance the flow of communication between different
parties like from management to the team, within the
team, team-to-team, team to clients and external
stakeholders. (Donohue, 2003)

Proposed system
 From our needs, it would be of great help if
we adapt to a new system that will cater for
communication, compatibility with new
technology and networks for use by our team
and children like software and social media.
 Due to this needs and requirement, I propose
for a computer networks system that will be
inclusive of both software and hardware
component, therefore, bridging the gap and
needs that are present in our organization

1.Computer systems for management
 Adopting the proposed computer system will be
of advantage in management duty.
 The one advantage issue is that the system is
inclusive in that it has all the childcare programs
that can be accessed by any stakeholder at their
own convenience.
 Management of child care programs has been
one of the complex tasks assigned to us as an
organization.
 We have been facing daily challenges due to the
many responsibilities assigned to us.

2.A computer system for child care
and teaching
 One of our tasks, as indicated earlier, is to offer advanced
education to children within our childcare facilities.
 Technology has advanced as therefore teaching should also
adopt the new teaching methods as per new technologies.
 The use of a computer system will help teachers where they
can rapidly expand on the use of digital cameras and digital
videos interconnected to the computer systems, scanners
and printers as well as recordable CDS for documentation.
 Both our teachers and children will be able to use
computers linked to the internet to carry out some research
and other important curriculum activities and ideas. (Fox,
2006)
