that development in children learning is important like colours, shapes, scholastic maintains that
must be preceded learning even letter and numbers and aids a child development.
So this new trend might affect the whole childcare sector and might increase the
competition for professional care for others.
Technology in childcare
I have seen that smartphones has introduced to caregivers in order to stay connected with parents
on a daily basis (d’Albis, Gobbi and Greulich, 2017). Text messaging and sharing photos and
videos offers a change for the children to better learn. Such new changes and trends impact my
the employment in Childcare sector. For this I need to learn special learning and acquire how to
use enough data and information charges.
In order to provide some special care I also need to learn how post a blog, newsletter in
order to provide the round ups of milestone, child progress to parents.
The Internet
The advent of the web is old news and the pervasive effect online presence has had on
industry is nothing new either. It's been a great deal that would affect my profession in deeply
context. Nowadays childcare companies hire well professional and qualified Regional director
who is enabled to understand technical requirements based on experience. All such new
competencies would make this difficult for me to get new jobs and ideas. The new ideas and
knowledge will help to make the new opportunity for me to better grab the future opportunity.
Skills/Knowledge and experience required
As per my observation and research. I need to focus on my skills and knowledge as per
the requirement in profession (Havnes and Mogstad, 2015). To become a good nanny I need to
focus on the given skills/knowledge.
Profession : Regional Director in Nurseries

EVALUATION
As per my own observation I have found my career in childcare sector as a Regional
director in chain of nurseries. I also recommend this career to others because in these busy days
and load of work (Kin and et.al., 2018). Parents would not handle the responsibility of its
children for that they send their children to childcare centre. This would help to give the major
identity issues in order to make the better understanding and growth. Using the different aims
and objectives to declare the better understanding and meeting the career objectives & task.
I like the work of Regional director in chain of nurseries because these days due to busy
schedule of parents they are highly recommended to send their children to Childcare Centres
(Moloney and et.al., 2019). For example Nursery nurses care for many children in a registered
setting like nurseries and preschools. Nursery nurse is the another opportunity that I gained after
getting good experience in this profession. This makes the person more effective working
opportunity and goals. I was always admired to take care the children and makes the source
reliable. This will help to continue the work opportunity and make the better understand the
opportunity and work more effectively. As I observed and researched the employment outlook
for nannies is good through the years.
In order to increase the ratio of number of families the requirement of developing the
nannies has been increased (Saadeh, 2018). By getting job as a Regional director in chain of
nurseries would help me to build up my future opportunity and helps to gain the development
opportunity for the future it generals context it will help me to better understand the opportunity
and task full material. I loved to perform as a Regional director and taking care of child. Besides.
It gives my many more opportunities to work with high schools, post secondary training,
certification or licensing and other requirements. Since I left my education and qualification from
healthcare institute I want to become nanny that care of babies and ensure they always get free
from harmful things (Trodd, and Dickerson, 2019).
