future ready and they are the first teacher and therefore they play and vital role in early childhood of educations. Nowadays it become a trend for
families to send their kids in day care where they can develop their skills and can interact with other kids which will create sense of companions.
b) What is the importance of having an effective an HR department for a business organization?
As per the view point of...., It is the process to improve organization efficiency and productivity which leads company at their maximum heights. By
suing effective HR system company can have larger objectives and goals. There are some important factors such as HR develop polices and procedures
which are related to employees. As in the day care business HR help s to create bridge between strategies and employees to evaluate the current
policies and replace if needed. It also help to improve child care employees to work in a team and create a sense of vast communication which may
increase the efficiency of employees and decision making process n organization will improve. Child care is the business where retention rates are high
so company should use effective HR strategies which will reduce the retention and will create more job stability future. It cost the company when
employees quits the company ad hiring new employees is a costly process

research can avail all the information for internet and other sources. The data which is collected can be from external sources and internal sources. Sale
report and company information are one of the important internal sources of secondary data whereas social books, libraries , internet , magazines and
business journals are the external source of information. The secondary data are both qualitative and quantitative and information which is collected by
newspaper and diaries are qualitative data where as quantitative data are collected from surveys,, financial statement and from ststastics. There are
