1.2 Job role of nursery nurse.
Keeping children safe, secure and well-being are core essential aspect in terms to
manage the operational function systematically (Araujo, Dormal and Schady, 2018).
They must appropriately meeting the daily care needs. The nursery nurses provide care to
child and that up to 7 years old. They assist in many aspects of daily leaving in manner as
social, emotional, educational and practical interactions etc.
They work as to keeping the oversee, maintain, organise tidy and clean child care
environment. The nurses also plan the whole schedule and in it various activities are needed
to be included as plan, inform, records the overall activities of child communicate about it to
parents.
There are some other roles and responsibilities and it will be inclusive of following things as
are-
Feeding suitable meals, snakes and drinks.
Timely change their nappies, helping with toilet and potty.
Teaching them general life skills and manners so that things can be done effectively.

It is crucial to understand the policies, framework and influences that affects the early
year sectors.
Working with children and young people can be influenced by the international documents.
Such as united nation convention on the right of the child or by the other bodies as European
court of human rights (Griffen, 2018.). In this, one of the distinctive feature is the science of
early childhood development it relates to the extent to which research findings evolve under
the anxious and eager eyes of billion people and they address the challenges of promoting
health and well-being of children.
Therefore, it can be said that early year care needs to respond social influence. It is very less
common for family members to live closely each other.
Thus, it is also influenced by the financial issues. More number of families consist of one or
more parents; due to this they are struggling with financial responsibilities. In this, it leads to
childcare while the parents are working.

2.3 Evaluation on strategies for developing early literacy and mathematics.
Literacy development in the early years is the kind of course of design that seeking
the initial certification, teacher also use to get the master degree in childhood education. The
purpose of the course is review the recent research and theory concerning early literacy
development. Furthermore, oral language, writing and reading plays essential role.
The mathematical development in the children is essential so that they can develop
their practical learning.

this, there is need to put major consideration over so it there can be easily access of particular
