• There has been observed some vital elements lacking in the early education system and care
policy. So, for that various government initiatives have been taken place in order to provide
some sort of support to these children (Yelland and Wai Man Vivienne, 2018). Providing
support to these children is important as well because there have been a variety of challenges
that were acting as a barrier in all the effective changes that were meant for bringing some

the early education and care to the children.
