development among them for future relies on that (Zang, 2019). Also, some other benefits of
performing different exercise by the children is been described as follows:
Strengthens children's bones and muscles: Very young age children development is
proper when bones and muscles are strong enough. Furthermore, through performing various
activities in day children becomes very active and build stamina to carry out various tasks in a
day. Moreover, through exercise the children would be able to maintain balance, improve
postures and develop greater flexibility so that various risk of the diseases could be avoided that
could happen in the future while growing.
Help control weight: Children age is where they are quite fascinated in eating lot of the
