Part- A
Presenting the need of services user
Service user group is consisting of the young students or people that take care of the people
that are suffering from mental illness of young children. This group has been increasing day by
day because of dynamic nature of environment the most common services user group work for
children. Because the face various discrimination in educational institution and home. Most of
the school and college do not want to work with such children as it require more time for
understanding basic staff (Stypińskaand Nikander, 2018). Due to bad mental health condition
many children go through mental trauma and it affects its motor development and for
recovering the sickness children has to go through various expensive treatment. So that it
can lay foundation of their personnel and academic skill.
Role and duty of teacher
The young children that are suffering from mental issues need and a helping hand in
order to do their work. Mental health creates difficulties that cam lead for causing of lifelong
auditability with a very high risk of persistence into adulthood when treated badly. Most of
the student goes to the dispersion and require many therapy to overcome from it. However,
student that take part in mental health program develop an ability form dealing with emotion
and improved interpersonal relation. The serious behavioural and emotional disorder that may
present many challenges foe the teacher to handle the disorder (Tian, 2018). The role of the
teacher is to provide a healthy environment that is not very much stimulating such as children
will be able to work effectively if there is no loud music as it will distract autistic child from
concentrating. In Addition to this, teacher need to create a structural environment with
predictable routines and the picture of time table should be present in the classroom so that
students can understand that easily. Moreover, teacher has to conduct event that promotes
more interaction among students that contributes in building their soft and interpersonal skill.

However, for visual learner teacher has to make use of sign language so that students can
learn easily and that will result in building communication skill of these children. Along with
this, the children suffering form this problem in has issues such as communication and early
sings are lack of eye contact and low interest in other people.
Analysing the relation between service user and occupational group
The service user group can be connected when there is any discrimination has been done
to any mentally ill student by the society or any educational institution. The service user can
help in developing the appropriate mental health issue related policy so that patients can
know about their rights. (Harris, Lechevallie rand Buhagiar, 2021). However, specific services
such as insurance will help the parents of child to save the certain amount of money that will
contribute in covering any physical damages. In addition to this, professional group can provide
a job facility to the mentally and physical fit young people so that it can develop new skill as
well as contribute in field of work. The service user and professional can conduct training and
development as well as consultancy services to the people in need. Along with this, it will
promote good practice in the environment. However, conducting such camp will help
common people to know about the mental health issues as well as how to cope up with it.
Policy and legislation
The legislation of UK provide with various rights and policy such as KCSIE guidance that
deals with keeping children safe in the educational environment. However, school play very
important role in supporting mental health and well-being of their parents by developing
various skills so that it work effectively. Along with this, in UK it is the duty of all the school
to help the student and their parents to prevent impairment of children health or development
and taking action for dealing with their issues. Moreover, the KCISE statutory guidance
tell the teacher for early identification of issues and provide effective support is crucial. The
teacher and school has to provide healthy environment where the mental health issues are
less likely to occur. Along with this, it should conduct programme so that it can teach
parents about the mental well-being and ways to deal with stress. Furthermore, the duty of the
teacher is to identify about recognizing emerging issues as early and accurately as possible.
Recommendation
from the various unlawful discrimination. Along with this, the servicer user can train their
representative regarding the rights and law so that it can establish a legal counselling for

vulnerable children. As well as provide them with free legal services in order to protect them
from any kind of discrimination (Andreassen, 2018). Along with this, it has been suggested to
service user to make use of referral programmes that will can includes detail regarding the rights.
Benefits and challenges
The benefits of skills that will contributes in interacting on personnel level as well as
sharing innovative ideas. Moreover, it will also develop the inter personnel skills of the team
member that will contributes in efficient working (Adanijoand et.al., 2021). Along with this, it
promotes team work that helps in doing the work more effectively and achieving the goals in
limited frame of time. However, the challenges faced by teacher while teaching student
suffering form Autism mental disorder. The teacher has to understand that each child has
unique needs and behaviour and it is important for them to understand that before
implementing any plan. Along with this, challenge related to cognitive processing is very
common as student that are suffering from this issue require more time to response and
understand things. Thus, teacher has to develop patient otherwise it will suffer from stress. In
addition to this, the another challenge is sensory perception issues as most of the child suffer
from issues related to sound and teacher ha to keep this in mind while teaching.
Part B
The refection has been explained with the help of Gibbs model that is consist of stage that
includes description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
 Description: Throughout the assessment I have gained knowledge regarding servicer
user it is community of young people that provide care services to the children. That
are mentally retired or physically cannot work (Bitencourt-Ferreira and de Azevedo,
2018). I have also learned about the profession that can collaborate with service user in
order to work together effectively.
 Feelings: During the presentation I was feeling very nervous as I have stage fear.
Along with this, while making the presentation I was bit frustrated as it required lot of
research for the study. However, while giving the presentation I was confident about
my body language as I have experience of giving the presentation. Moreover, I was
confused that my voice clear so that teacher can understand my task.
 Evaluation: Thorough out the assessment I have evaluated that I have no earlier
experience regarding the service user and I have also learned that children also go

through various abuses. Along with this, they need support form their parents and
teacher in order to improve their skills.
 Analysis: I have analyses during the presentation that I have work more in improving
my presentation skills so that it can effectively deliver the ideas and content. Along with
this, I have analysed that I need to improve my communication skills as it is one of the
most important part of presentation. And good communication skill helps in enhancing
the personality (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). However, I have to maintain eye
contact with the participant so that I can identify whether they are able to understand
the speech I am giving.
 Conclusion: From the assessment I have concluded that I have to develop
communication and presentation skills so that it can improve my personality. Along with
this, I have summarized about the professionalism and the way it can collaborate with
service user so that it works more effectively.
 Action plan: For developing the presentation skill I will watch lecture so that I can
develop the overall skill. Along with this, I will work in group of social user so that I
can gain more experience.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that service group provide care service to the old
and young age people. The study has summarized about the issued faced by children such as
communication issue and not able to interact with the other people. Lastly, it has concluded
on legislation that need to be followed by service user.
