ECA ethical code guides me to take accurate decisions related to ethical responsibilities. I
used to be fair with each child and thus try to analyse their needs, strengths and weakness. I
encourage responsive and democratic inclusive practice and assure that families and
communities can also participate with me for the child development.
7b.) CROC
CROC guides me to assure that a healthy and safe learning environment is provided to
child. Their must be no discrimination, harm, bullying or lack of services which can cause threat
to the child (Slee, 2018). As per the laws I work in collaboration with the parents so that privacy,
safety needs and interests of the child can be protected.
