Health and well being of a child is very crucial, which comes from perfect exercise that
helps them to grow in healthier manner. Children should be given an opportunity to play and
exercise in their young age as possible to ensure their health development in correct manner.
Present study will be based on children health & well being by explaining several types
of benefits of exercise as it helps to develop the organs of body, lung capacity is improved,
supports the development of bones etc. are going to be discussed (Bradshaw, ed., 2016).
Furthermore, it will also present three plan activities for children well growing of the
children, who covers different age range and the age appropriate accordingly.
