People can access the support of the Children’s link society is varieties of ways. They
have a well-developed and informative online website system which can be searched by the
parents of different children in order to find out details about the services provided by the
organization. The contact section presented in the website has provided a phone number which
can be called on by the parents in order to grab more details or to seek for details about the
services they require. The website has also provided with the address of the organization and
incorporated Google maps into it so that the service seekers can take the help of the navigation
app and reach the organization without much difficulty. The address and the telephone number
are provided in details and even the office hours have been very clearly mentioned stating to the
service seekers about the time during which they can only provide care services. They are also

through the long procedures of first contacting this organization, fixing appointments, then
learning about their issues and then suggesting contacts of service organizations. These entire

procedures might be stressful for parents and hence it might act as barrier for the people who
tend to seek services from the organizations.
One of the other barrier that the parents visiting this support service is that they can get
overwhelmed which might make them stressed and suffer from anxiety. The parents providing
services might have faced stressful days with various difficulties faced by their children along
with the deteriorating situations that they have faced over the period of time. such stressful days
might have resulted the parents in having very poor quality life. Therefore, when new parents
would visit the services, the previous parents can interact with new parents and can reveal all
such information experiences in order to help them prepare for the coming days. However, such
information can make the new patients fell stressed even before they have started going through
such experiences. It might happen that because of proper services, the new parents might even
not go through such stressful days. However, the information when shared by previous parents
can make them scared and fearful and they might lose the confidence and strength to help their
children survive different barriers that come inform of them. They might feel overwhelmed and
this might affect them psychologically and emotionally and make them lead poor quality lives.
Hence, filtering of information might not be successfully conducted by previous parents and this
might make the new parents affect their morale.

poor health literacy. Many of the parents might be even not aware of any form of such support

be aware of the health services like this organization to be present. Therefore, this can become a
barrier for the people to access the services. People living in the remote areas might also not be
able to reach these support services and this might act as another barrier faced by parents when
