The Chinese economy
China is known as the world’s second largest economy by the nominal gross domestic
product. It is also known as the world’s largest economy by the purchasing power parity. The
gross domestic product of China in the year 2018, had been $13.457 trillion. This particular
country is also known as one of the world’s fastest growing consumer market (Liu & Yeh,
2015). China ranks second in importing goods. It is also known to play a very important role
in the international trade and is also the largest trading nation in the world.
China will be developing rapidly in future with the rise in the GDP. With the huge
population base, China is certain to become one of the most dynamic and fascinating huge
capital economies in the world.
The United States should be maintaining a healthy relation ship with China. The US
must work on the economic relationship with China (Selden, 2016). It should also remove
any kinds of trade barriers with china. Since the economic growth of china is slowing, there is
a huge potential opportunity for the US based companies to access these opportunities. The
United States of America should also be helping the government of china in meeting the
obligations made by the WTO.
