According to my perspective, the growth in the significant sectors of the technology
as well as the other identified sectors of the business it can be adhered that the economic
growth of the country, China may evolve in the future years. This also includes the
significant maintenance in respect to the enhancement of the economic growth. According to
my thinking I identified that there must be a significant time that the economic growth will go
down or said to dip slowly (Orr, 2017). This will eventually lead to the lowering down of the
economic growth just in case of the United States. The significant economic growth of the
country mainly depends on the factors that the other countries tries to move within the
business market of the stated country thus adhering the fact of establishing business within
the industrial areas of the country. This will eventually slowdown in respect to the fact that
the economic growth of the country itself will evolve in the next coming years.
1.2 QUESTION 2
There are a lot of cultural beliefs that are associated with the growth in the business of
the country. This are carried out by every generation to generation. Due to this potential
factor, it will be very effective to have a business growth, but I do not think that the overall
population of the country will be much willing to pay for a certain specific and particular
brand. The company or the brand of Apple can be taken into consideration. This brand will
never the desire of the people of country. I strongly believe that the people of the country will
be very effective in respect to their spending of money by 2020. This will tend to increase the
overall scenario of the economic growth of the country with respect to the economic scenario
present within it (Du et al., 2018). This will amplify the business growth of specific brands

According to my personal thought, I potentially believe that the overall shopping
industry based on online will be amplified in respect to the country of China. This trend of
online shopping will be depicted as a popular trend in respect to the overall market of the
world. This has been identified from various surveys that the eighty percent of the sales will
be enhanced. This enhancement will tend to infiltrate china as well in the future coming
years. This will play a significant role in the enhancement of the sales in respect to the
economic growth of the country (Cheng and Yiu, 2016). Moreover, the trend in respect to the
growth of technology within the country of China and in the United States, it can easily be
identified that the trend of online shopping will take an efficient leap. Thus, the trend of
online shopping will be convenient as well as easier to the customers in respect to the users
that are associated with this mode of shopping as well as the organizations associated with
the service of shopping.

2.1 QUESTION 1
The significant advantage that is identified in respect to the outsourcing of the
significant tasks in respect the field of Medical Tourism is that the wages in respect to
outsource is much less in regrads if it is done within the country. Moreover, the taks will be
performed in a much effecive mannner as well as the activities will be well defined in
association of teh tasks that are to be provided (Crooks, Ormond and Jin, 2017). However,
the main cost that is associated with the overall outsourcing is very less than that of the test

medical organizations. Moreover, this situation would be identified as a good thing in my

business. This will significantly help in the reduce of the significant wages or the financial
deployment that is needed in respect to the medical association present within the country of
America (Ruggeri et al., 2015). Moreover, this will help the country to use this amount of the
financial amount to be used in the different sectors of the medical treatments. Thus, it will
enhance the significant usage of the different countries thus making significant associations
in the field of medical tourism as well as the financial adherences of the country will also be
less in respect to the other fields associated with the medical business.

With the growth of the medical tourism in different countries, it can be depicted that
the primary beneficiaries are the patients that suffer from the significant as well as critical
illness. Moreover, the tourism has helped the doctors to amplify the chance for saving the life
of their critical patients. In addition to this, with the growth of the medical tourism it has been
very easy for the patients of the third world countries to get better doctor as well as healthcare
support thus enhancing the overall healthcare industry (Sandberg, 2017). This facility are also
sometimes provided by the hospitals itself as they need to shift the patient to provide with an
extra level of facility that might be present within the other branches of the same hospital
organization. This trend will be mostly helpful to the patients; the hospital organizations as
well as the doctors associated with significant hospital, but this also have certain limitations
too. The deep thinking over this matter will lead us to find a significant disadvantage that the
patient take as risk (Ormond and Sulianti, 2017). The risk is of the health in respect to the
patient as the patient moves from a country to another country to get a significant amount of
discount in the overall treatment procedure. Therefore, it is disadvantageous to put a life on
risk for saving a small amount of money. However, the quality of the treatment also matters
