INTRODUCTION
The following report deals with the manner of the Joint venture between China and as well as the
United Kingdom. A joint venture is a form of cooperation among several sorts of companies that
maintain their independence. The purpose of a joint venture is to carry out a specific project or
economic term of activity (Chan, Tetteh, and Nani, 2022). A joint venture is simply cooperation,
not a merger of the companies involved.
TASK
Main differences between the United Kingdom and China
Both of the nation’s China and as well as the United Kingdom are located in different
geographical locations and have several sorts of diverse histories and as well as cultures.
Adapting to such differences and culture sections is generally significant for visiting students.
The British education system is very different from that of China. They spent lower time
in class and most of them follow themselves in the study section. Chinese had more than 10
courses in one semester, compared to only 3 courses this semester. In addition to it, British
teachers will have to read the literature to gain more knowledge (Jiang, Liu, and Li, 2022). In
the UK most classes are taught in tutorials but in China, most of the classes are taught in lectures
as effectively and efficiently.
Chinese students are not very active in their classrooms. The educational environment of
Chinese students is dominated by tutors from the primary age and they have deficiencies in
independence. So when they come to the UK, most are not good enough at English and they also
do not feel comfortable with their answers and by which they keep quiet.
Use examples based on the Chinese context
In this section, the format of the university is different. Universities are not closed like in
China, so it will have a positive impression that they are very big schools. They have to "travel
mountains and as well as rivers" every day to attend their classes. Classrooms in China are all
comfortable for the students and changing the classrooms is fast and suitable.
Communication can be done with the procedure of E-mail which is also a habit that can
be acquired for the first time when students came to the United Kingdom.

nations. As it is a collaboration, management should offer their employees specific terms of the
training programs (Sun, and Yang, 2022). By having a suitable term of training programs they
should divide into two aspects. The fundamental criteria of cultural training targeted of helping
workers a better section of the differences between Chinese and UK individuals to manage the
cultures that influence values, norms and behaviours.
