Research questions:

2. Are they sustainable, given the firm’s internal and external (industrial) environment?
The general objective of this research is to determine the resources, capabilities and the
competitive advantages of Chipotles’. In this study, the financial and strategic analyses will be
conducted to support forecast estimates that shall be used in the valuation of is these elements
can be sustained given the external and internal environment of the Chipotles.
Primary and Secondary sources
My primary source of information for my two paramount questions will be the enterprise
discounted cash flow model. Here I will be able to learn more about the functions and the
