As per the Author’s view, rather than the ethics of deontological, the virtue or the character
ethics acts as the adequate approach. The recovery of the Christian doctrine is completely
fundamental to the recovery of Christian ethics. The author has defined the meaning of “God as
the ground of Christian ethics” which involves the deep & effective understanding of the right,
wise & good moral from the actions and the kind nature of God (Ehrkam & Nagel, 2014). The
author has also included that although God had created the good World along with humans, but

completely agree with the fact that our second creation after God is our family through which the
life of a human comes into the real world and the humans become more socialize & enhance
nurturing in faith.
I disagree with the concept of “Redemption” stated in the reading that the gracious creator God
has begun the process of redemption in order to bring back all his creature to himself & to design
the new & originated world. I believe, redemption is not the solution. God will definitely try to
improve his current world involving the sins of different people. The other reason behind this is
that if the new world will be created by God, it will also become the same (Pedersen, 2015).
