Christian perspective of the nature of spirituality and ethics
I have experienced hat Christians have different perspectives related to spirituality and
ethics. As per the perspectives of Christians, God exists as a father, son or holy spirit. God has
different natural forms and these forms are beyond the thoughts of human beings. I have
analyzed that the Christian perspective related to science is also different and they think that
science is the best way to gain information all over the world (McMahone, et al., 2015). This
information relates to the idea that needs the establishment of truth. Healthcare is also important
as per the Christian perspective. The love of God reflects the whole individual in the process of
nursing. I have experienced that Christians believe that God gives all of the things including
wisdom and intelligence. As per the Christians perspectives, patients cannot be treated as non-
living things and it is important to give them respect as this process create a better image among
God.
On the other hand, I have analyzed that postmodern relativism gives the description that
truth does not exist. As per this aspect, the fact cannot be discovered and it is invented. I have
experienced that relativism includes personal relations that exist in the real world. This suggests
the right and wrong perspectives as per the Christian community (Kahle and Robbins, 2014). The
concept of Postmodern relativism says that human life is not special as compared to other living
organisms. The nursing profession is not easier where there are limitations of truth.

Scientism and its two arguments
Scientism is the process to promote the science related to the objectives of society to
analyze the normative and epistemological values. In my opinion, scientism is a belief in which
everything explained by using science. The different people follow the idea, worship and beliefs.
The scientism differs from the people who believe in religion as this aspect includes different
variables and observables (Goldbard, 2015). The various aspects of religious values are included
in the process of scientism. I have experienced that scientism gives the description of life and as
per this aspect, death is included as an end of life. I have analyzed that the concept of scientism
concludes human reason and different knowledge also included as an experimental method.
There are several arguments included in the process of scientism. Some of the main
arguments of scientism relate to life exists after death and that the availability of god to control
human beings (Miller, 2015). Science gives the description that we can see and appreciate in a
physical manner. I have analyzed that science and god are different things and these things are
not related to each other. I have experienced by the arguments that include the description that
God is considered as a supernatural power that cannot be analyzed or tested with the scientific
methods. In the process of Scientism, it is important to understand all kinds of beliefs and faiths
related to science or not.
