2. Concise Summary:
The study is throughout contributing to Christian Leadership (CL) while describing
the key characteristics of CL (Krispin, 2019). The research study has successfully proposed a
composite framework for the desired results of CL development on the basis of scholarly
literature. The study has covered both secular and Christian perspectives. With the help of
this study, CL development has been understood while focusing on an individual to be
developed. The study has included collective effort for facilitating the development of
leadership capacity within groups as well as organizations. On the other hand, throughout the
study on CL development, this study has proposed a framework for CL development results
in an organized manner. In addition, the author has included five broad categories such as
personal formation, Christian formation, relational skills, intellectual skills, as well as

basic research has been conducted with a particular interest in the complicated interaction
amid leadership practices and social context. Therefore, a well-known theory Implicit
leadership theory (ILT) has been used to study mutual expectations all across distributed
models of lay as well as ordained leadership of the congregation. It has been observed that by
applying a qualitative research method, the authors have conducted 32 semi-structured
interviews within six Church of England communities (Zigan et. al, 2019). In this way, the
research on CL development further contributed to the literature on organizational studies in
faith-based organizations while presenting practical implications for recruiting as well as
