Report
AI Summary
This report examines the effects of chronic kidney failure on nutrition, highlighting the importance of dietary management and the impact on nutrient absorption. It discusses how chronic kidney disease affects the body's ability to filter nutrients, leading to dietary restrictions and potential micronutrient deficiencies. The report also explores the role of dialysis and diuretics in further nutrient loss and emphasizes the need for specific renal vitamins to supplement water-soluble vitamins lost due to impaired kidney function. The research methodology involves a review of articles from databases like PubMed, Springer Link, and ScienceDirect, focusing on studies published within the last 5 years to provide evidence-based insights into the nutritional challenges faced by individuals with chronic kidney failure.

ABSTRACT
Title
How chronic kidney failure affect the nutrition.
Background
Nutrition is referring as the fundamental aspect which is required by body to perform
function that is associated with day to day activities. In addition, nutrition is usually affected due
to disease state of individual or person. Such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and so on. Thus,
the chronic kidney failure is also act as major precursor that affect potential of nutrition.
Moreover, it is also analysing that in depth study allow to gain knowledge that affect nutrition
due to chronic kidney failure. Element that must be control to intake is sodium, potassium,
phosphorus, calcium, fluid and so on. As per this, kidney disease usually affected nutrition
absorption where dietary restriction and anorexia in the chronic kidney disease and dialysis
patient to make insufficient nutrient that based in micronutrient for purpose of intake. There is
other factor which is well contributed towards the factor that include dialysis and diuretic that
lead to create the further loss of micronutrient. In several patients the process of absorption is
unpredictable and show the metabolism that is impaired. With this study, it is well analysed that
people with chronic kidney failure that have greater requirement for some of water soluble
vitamin. Special renal vitamin which is usually prescribed to provide the extra water soluble
vitamin that is required for the body that gradually loss due to chronic kidney failure that affect
the filtration rate and make it more alter as compared with normal function of the body. The
renal vitamin which is usually contain the B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin and small dose of
vitamin C.
Method
The major of article is collected form the use of relevant search strategy such as PubMed,
Springer Link and Science direct where relevant article is present. Therefore, Database is also
used such as EMBASE and Cochran library from which millions of article is present that address
such issue. In addition, from such above retrieved sources the data is collected and selected for
the continuation of research in appropriate ways. The search criteria are analysing and review the
article which is based on secondary research method which is published in the last 5 years.
Moreover, article is review that show the presence of evidence based information that justify

impact that faced by chronic kidney failure. The human studies are used to taken under inclusion
criteria of research work.
Summary
As per the above discussion, it is well analysing that chronic kidney disease is common
nowadays where people are usually affected due to the such disease. In this, due to the chronic
kidney failure the nutrient is also affected due to the filtration rate. In addition, the change is
essential to made in the diet when person is affected with chronic kidney disease. it may include
limiting fluid, eating a low protein diet, limiting salt, phosphorus and so on that manage the
condition.
