in the various areas of project management in relation to designing of a ceremony for the
flagship event for the East Kent Cider Festival event. The event based on designing of the event
stage and other arrangements would likely to take place before the main event that is held on an
annual basis. The primary purpose of performing the project is to mark the occasion before the
start of the project based on refurbishment. The East Kent Cider Festival would mark the end of
the old theatre and would attract guests from all over to participate during the event.
1.2 Scope
During the design of the project report, each of the necessary aspects in relation to the
project such as the financial aspects, project scheduling, assumptions and constraints would be
discussed. In the following parts of the report, the different tasks would need to be planned and
discussed in such a manner that it would thus be able to achieve the expected outcomes from the
project.
